This is the final Video that I produced, the overall process although very time consuming, involved production of the assets used within the video, the transition of ideas and explanations, the overall time management and the constant scrutinising of key frames.
The video initially was evaluated by myself up until a certain point where I presented the video to peers, friends and anyone who would watch it. After presenting at Uni I was given a list of changes to make. I decided to leave 2 as they were for the following reasons :
1 – The hologram – I left this as just a world floating without the need of a phone beneath as I felt the overall effect would of firstly been inaccurate to the actual use of the prism and also would of not presented an overly pleasing aesthetic. I feel that the change could of added to the video but ultimately it also could of cheapened the overall look.
2 – The caption – ‘Putting tech in your hands’ I tried to think of alternative solutions but felt that any other captions were either too lengthy or irrelevant. I understand that some could misinterpret the caption but overall the main use was just to add tangibility to the video.
I hugely appreciate all the feedback given from those who viewed my video and feel that overall this helped to create a better product.
